E-MotorSportsVehicles.com offers the following Returns Policy: Most merchandise carries a 30 day manufacturer's warranty against material defects unless otherwise specified in the price list. Close out items do not come with warranty and is sold on as is basis. If a warranty claim needs to be filed, you need to send in the appropriate information in order for us to verify the eligibility of the claim. Usually, proof of defect will be required (simple digital pictures will suffice in most cases). On parts that are less probable to be defective, the customer may have to send in the actual part for inspection. Customer must send in the requested parts at their own expense. It is a good idea for customers to keep the tracking information for the item they sent in so we can better keep track of the shipment. E-MotorSportsVehicle has sole discretion in determining the eligibility of a claim. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred from shipping replacement parts to your customer under warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping damages, misuse, abuse, or other reasons except for manufacturer's defect. Warranty parts are sent out on a first come, first serve basis.
